Honestly it has been in my hair everyday, I tend to always wear my hair half up or fully up, so its been very helpful. I use the Small and Medium ones, as they keep my hair nice and tight. The Large one was way to big for my hair, but it works great for my friend Rebecca. That girl has long beautiful hair, and the Flexi-8 holds it all, not to mention it looks great.
