Flexi-8 Hair Barrette Reveiw and GIVEAWAY

I have hard to please hair. I normally start out my day with it down, then half way up, and by night time it’s all the way up. So when I leave the house I must always have a hair tie and hair clip with me. They normally get thrown in my handbag, and the clips are always broken or missing a “tooth”. This frustrates me to no end, and I always find myself buying a new pack. This adds up, not to mention the fact that most of the time clips or barrettes don’t hold my hair as secure as I would like. So when I came across Flexi-8, I knew I HAD to try it.

What is Flexi 8?

The Flexi 8 is a completely unique, flexible barrette that holds thick, thin, curly, straight, fine and coarse hair. The Flexi 8 comes in a variety of sizes and hundreds of ever changing styles. Flexi 8 uses an ingenious patented locking mechanism to secure it in your hair.

One Size Does Not Fit All:

The Flexi-8 comes in 6 sizes (Mini, XS, S, M, L, XL) and most woman, like me, overestimate the size needed for there hair. That’s why it’s suggested to view the sizing video before placing an order, and it really helps. Before watching the video I was sure I would use a Large, but then after seeing the amount of hair used with the Large I knew it would be way too big for me. Also the size of the Flexi-8 is imprinted on the tip of the sliding pin, very helpful for reordering.

I received 5 sizes for reviewing, and I’m highly impressed with the quality and beauty of them. I tend to like the smaller sizes as they hold my hair tighter. I love the fact that it’s one piece, knowing me if it wasn’t I would lose half of it and be screwed. There is so many different styles to choose from, some more casual and some dressy. Even the BF says he loves it “It looks good, its looks REALLY good….” I have to love something that makes a man say more then one word.

In no way at all am I an expert at doing hair, but after I ripped open the package and threw my clip on the counter I put one right into my hair with out even looking at the directions! It’s that easy. Also they have a video for each different way you can use a Flexi-8, giving you step by step instructions! The videos are really easy to follow, and were very helpful.

  13. The flexi-8 is amazing! I would recommend them to anyone. I have a LOT of long, thick hair, and the large clip holds everything back securely, without giving me a headache or leaving kinks in my hair like other clips. These clips are going to be a huge hit! -Rebecca
