I don't cut my coupons...when I first started I did but it was crazy...I got a "slotted" case thingy from walmart...I date the tabs to correspond with the insert and place the entire insert there ie 1/3 rp, 1/3 ss...whenever I need a coupon I just pull the insert...easy...another thing I learned is to not throw away coupons I wouldn't normally use...HTH
