Another Crock-pot Success!

Dinner tonight was another Crock-pot Success!  I loved it!  I wanted to make the Pulled pork from Hon, Whats for Dinner, but we out of it, and it goes on sale tomorrow.  Pork will have to wait :(  We do have plenty of chicken so Pulled Barbecue chicken sandwiches it is!  I looked up a few recipes, but didn't feel like making my own sauce.  We had some barbecue sauce in our stock pile, so I just mixed a bottle with a cup of chicken stock and some brown sugar.  In the crock-pot for about 4 hours, then I shredded the chicken and put it back in.  Served it on some oh so yummy rolls from Publix with Swiss cheese for the BF.

Potatoes, oh how I love thee! I googled a recipe for potatoe wedges, and then tweak  it a little to what we had in the house.  Really simple!  Use a tablespoon each  of Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Seasoning Salt, and a pinch of  black pepper & cayenne pepper. Toss in a bowl with wedge cut potatoes (about 5) and 2 tablespoons oil.  Lay flat on non-stick cooking sheet at 375 for about 45-55 min. (Serve with a giant mass of ketchup, see above, LOL  I like ketchup)

What did you have for dinner?
Do you have a great recipe to share?
