Not all Publix except these coupons, or so I have heard. I have used them at 3 different publix shops in my area with no problem, and they make for awesome meat deals!
This week the Albertson's Ad has:

Buy One Get Two B1G2 St Louis Style Ribs
Buy One Get Two B1G2 Seasoned Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
$5/50(Fri, Sat, Sun)
Why use them at Publix instead of Albertson's?
Simple, Albertson's hikes up the prices of the meat that it has that week in coupons. So when you use it at Publix your getting a better deal. Sometimes Publix will even have that same meat on sale that week, so its like a double sale deal.
