In addition to being obsessed with coupons I’m also a Jewelry-aholic. I just love jewelry and the way it can make a outfit. I won’t leave the house without at least earrings on; I’ve always been that way. My weakness is unique pieces. I like the feeling of finding something that’s different from anything I’ve seen before. That’s why when I came across Perfections Homemade Jewelry, I was so excited!


Lenka is the artist of the earrings, rings, necklaces, and bracelets at Perfections.com. She makes pieces that are both contemporary and class; that will go great with Jeans and T-shirts or out for a dinner with your hubby. That functionality is very important in frugal accessory purchases.
I was sent the above freshwater pearl earrings for review. It was packaged in the cutest little box with a pretty blue ribbon, almost too cute to open! Of course I opened it, I knew what was inside. Upon opening the box I was truly impressed. They are the perfect size and I ended up wearing them that day, and the next; oh I’m wearing them right now too.

In addition to being beautiful the quality is impressive too. Sometimes when I think of homemade I think something more fragile; this is not the case here. The earrings I received are study which says a lot about the care and time that went into making them.

About the Artist

“The earliest memory I have of beads must have been when I was about 5 years old. My family and I were at my grandparents' cottage and one of the older girls invited me over to make a bracelet. I instantly fell in love with all the colors and different shaped beads.

From then on I just couldn't get enough. I am always eager to learn new methods and techniques. It wasn't until my first job at a bead shop that I really got into making jewelry. I learned so much so quickly I could barely absorb it all. My "boss" was a great lady and taught me so much. I will be forever grateful to her. I love custom orders, so if you have a design in mind don't hesitate to contact me!”
